Page numbers and the footer title
Show page numbers and a title in the corner of every slide, and move them for all slides at once.
Ez a cikk egyelőre angol nyelvű.
The footer is part of the presentation, not of one slide: its page number and its title stand in the same place on every slide.
Steps
- Open the Design tab and scroll to Title in the corner and Page numbers.
- Turn on Show title on every slide and type the Text, or keep the presentation's title.
- Turn on Show page numbers. No number on the first slide leaves the title slide without one.
- Choose a Place, a Format (such as 3 or 03 / 12), a Background and a Size.
- Or drag the number or the title on any slide: it moves on all slides and snaps to the nearest place.
Good to know
- The places are Top left, Top right, Bottom left, Bottom centre and Bottom right.
- In PowerPoint the page numbers are real slide-number fields: they count again when you move slides.
- A Design Kit can bring its own footer to every deck.
