Create a presentation from documents
Attach PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or pictures to the prompt and get a deck that keeps to what your files say.

Your own files can be the content of a deck: a report, a paper, a spreadsheet or photos. A deck from documents keeps to what they say, so nothing is invented.
Steps
- On the home page, click Upload in the prompt, or drop your files onto the prompt.
- Add up to 10 files. The pill now shows how many are attached.
- Type a few words about what the deck is for, or leave the field empty: files alone are enough.
- Pick a design and click Create Slides.
- Check the slides in the editor: tables become real tables or charts, pictures are placed on slides.
Good to know
- PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, CSV, text files and pictures can be attached. Videos and audio cannot.
- Scanned PDFs are read by text recognition: 2 a month of up to 20 pages on Free, 50 on Pro and 150 on Business, each up to 100 pages.
- One document can be up to 12 MB on Free, 20 MB on Pro and 40 MB on Business; all files together up to 40 MB.
- With a document attached, the number of slides is a maximum: a short document gives a shorter deck.

What happens to a file that is too large?
It is left out and named, and the deck is made from the other files.
