Make a Design Kit from your PowerPoint or PDF
Upload your company template once: it is read into a design system, with a preview of placeholder slides.

Your company's template can become a Design Kit. The file is read once into a stored design system, and every later Ultra deck in the kit is planned on it, without a separate design step.
Steps
- In Design Kits, drop a PowerPoint or PDF on Upload your design, or open a kit and use Your design.
- Click Create Design Kit. It says Designing your template, then Building your template while the preview slides appear.
- Check the basics it found: Colours, Fonts and Logo.
- Click a preview slide to open it, or All slides of the kit for the whole board.
- To use another file, click Replace design.
Good to know
- The preview has 5 to 10 placeholder slides, one for each kind of slide.
- The file's own colours, fonts, backgrounds and logo are used as they are.
- One file of up to 100 MB.
- Replace design reads the new file and removes the old preview slides.

The page says Built in part: and how many slides were made. You can replace the design and try again.
