Share with your team and work together live
Business: share presentations and folders with your team and edit together, up to 10 people at once.

On Business your team works on the same presentations. Everyone sees the others' pointers and changes within about a second.
Steps
- On My Projects, open the menu of a presentation or folder and choose Share….
- Type a colleague's email address and click Share. Someone outside your team is invited to it.
- The person finds the presentation in their My Projects and opens it.
- While you both edit, you see each other's heads in the top bar and named pointers on the slide.
- To end it, click the × next to the name under Shared with.
Good to know
- Up to 10 people edit one presentation at once; anyone more can view.
- Share everything now at the top of My Projects shares all your presentations at once.
- Undo takes back only your own steps.
- A dot on a slide's thumbnail shows where each person is.
