Download your deck as a PDF with sharp text and the real fonts. On Free it carries the ExpertSlides mark.

A PDF shows your slides exactly as the editor does, one page a slide, ready to send or print.

Steps

  1. 1Open the presentation in the editor.
  2. 2Click the arrow next to Export (More export formats) and choose PDF. On Free, Export itself makes the PDF.
  3. 3Wait while it says Exporting to PDF….
  4. 4When it says PDF saved, open the file from your downloads.

Note: On Free every page carries the ExpertSlides mark in its lower-left corner. Pro and Business PDFs have no mark.

Good to know

  • Text stays sharp and searchable; the deck's fonts are used.
  • Interactive elements are shown as they stand; their interactions are off.
  • Free makes up to 10 exports a day.
  • The PDF has no options to set: one click, one file.
