A deck did not finish
What to do when a build stops or some slides keep their placeholder text, and what happens to your credits.

Sometimes a build stops halfway, for example when the connection drops or the tab was closed. Nothing is lost: the slides already made stay in the deck.
Steps
- Look at the row under the prompt: it shows how far the build got, for example 7 of 26 slides.
- Click its Try again to go on from there.
- If nothing could be built, the slide area says The slides could not be built with a Try again button.
- If a few slides keep their placeholder text, ask the AI to write them, for example "write this slide".
- Still stuck? Write to us with the presentation's title and the time.
Good to know
- One deck is built at a time. Another one waits with Waiting to Build and starts when the first is done.
- Stop building ends a build on purpose; what was written stays.
- Keep the tab open while a deck is built.
- At the day's limit of requests, the message says when it opens again.
