Create your first presentation

Type a topic, pick a design and get a finished deck in about a minute.

A deck starts on the home page with one sentence. The AI plans the story, writes the slides and fills them with charts and pictures where they help.

Steps

  1. 1Type your topic into Type in presentation topic. One sentence is enough; more detail gives a better deck.
  2. 2Under the prompt, find a design in Select a Presentation Design and click Use design. If you skip this, the topic picks one.
  3. 3Choose the number of slides under Slides, or leave it on Auto.
  4. 4Open Settings to set the language, the text handling or the image generation, if you want.
  5. 5Click Create Slides. If you are not signed in yet, create your free account in the dialog that opens.
  6. 6The editor opens and the slides appear one after another while the rest are still being written.

Note: On Free a deck is made with up to 10 slides at a time. You can add as many slides as you like afterwards.

Good to know

  • A ten-slide deck is usually ready in about a minute.
  • You can stop a build with Stop building; the slides already written stay.
  • Web lets the AI research the topic first (Pro and Business).

FAQ

Can I change the design later?

Yes. In the editor, the Design tab changes the colours and fonts of the whole deck, and every slide follows.
