An upload does not work
Which files can be uploaded where, the size limits of each plan and what the messages mean.

Most upload problems come from the file's type or size. Here is what each place takes.
Steps
- For a deck from documents, attach PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, CSV, text or pictures to the prompt, up to 10 files.
- To open your own PowerPoint, use a .pptx in 16:9 without a password, on My Projects with Upload PPTX.
- For an Ultra design reference or a Design Kit, use a .pptx or a .pdf.
- If a file is too large, make it smaller (fewer pictures, a compressed PDF) or split it, then try again.
- If the message says Your storage is full., delete files or presentations you do not need.
Good to know
- One document for a deck: up to 12 MB on Free, 20 MB on Pro and 40 MB on Business; all files together up to 40 MB.
- One uploaded file: up to 25 MB on Free and 100 MB on Pro and Business.
- Old .ppt files and presentations in 4:3 cannot be opened; save them as 16:9 .pptx first.
- Videos cannot be attached.

Yes, it is read by text recognition: 2 scans a month of up to 20 pages on Free, more on Pro and Business.
