Delete your account and data

Delete your account with every presentation, Design Kit and file. This cannot be undone.

You can delete your account yourself at any time. Everything in it is removed, and a running subscription is cancelled first.

Steps

  1. 1Open Account and go to Danger zone.
  2. 2Click Delete account.
  3. 3Type your password, or your email address if your account has no password.
  4. 4Click Delete account again to confirm.

Note: Deleting your account removes every presentation and Design Kit. This cannot be undone.

Good to know

  • Removed with it: presentations, files, web links, Design Kits, shares, your photo and connections to Claude or ChatGPT.
  • A paid subscription is cancelled first, so nothing more is charged.
  • To keep a deck, export it before you delete the account.
  • Only one presentation to go? Delete it on My Projects instead.

FAQ

Can I get my account back after deleting it?

No. Deleting is final, and we cannot restore it. You can sign up again with the same address, but it starts empty.
