Liability for content
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws (§ 7 (1) DDG). Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG we are not obliged to monitor information of others that we transmit or store, or to search for circumstances that point to an unlawful activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. A liability of that kind is possible only from the moment we learn of a specific infringement; as soon as we do, we remove such content without delay.
Liability for links
Our pages contain links to websites of others, whose content we cannot influence; for that content we accept no liability. The provider or operator of a linked page is always responsible for its content. We checked the linked pages for possible infringements when we linked them and found no unlawful content.
A permanent check of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete indications of an infringement. As soon as we learn of one, we remove such a link without delay.
