Free
Non-Commercial License
For your own projects that earn nothing.
- Personal projects, school and university work, and the work of non-profit organisations.
- Not for paid work, client work, products you sell or advertising.
- PDF exports carry the ExpertSlides mark.
- The licence covers the decks you make while on Free. Once you upgrade, what you make or export is covered by your new plan.
Pro
Full Commercial License
Full commercial use, for your business and for your clients.
- Use your decks commercially: for your own business and for client projects.
- Perpetual: what you made while subscribed stays licensed for good, also after you cancel.
- Use them in any number of projects, with no attribution needed.
- Hand your deliverables to your clients; they may edit them and go on using them.
Business
Teams & Agencies License
Everything of Pro, for every seat of your team.
- The Full Commercial License for every seat.
- Deliverables for any number of clients: agency use and white-label, under your own brand.
- Your brand kits and your own slides belong to you and your team.
- Transfer a project’s rights to your client.
- One licence for the whole team: a member’s work is covered while they hold a seat, and stays licensed after they leave.
On every plan
Not allowed
Reselling or giving away ExpertSlides’ designs or its slide library as templates on their own, using them to train AI models, and claiming the templates themselves as your own work.
Pictures, fonts and icons
Pictures made by an AI image model follow the terms of the model’s provider; fonts and icon sets follow their own licences. We grant nothing beyond those terms.
Your content
What you bring stays yours: your texts, files, pictures and brand. We use it only to make and keep your presentations for you.
