Upgrade, change or cancel your plan
Upgrade to Pro or Business, change the plan or the billing period, get invoices and cancel.
Plans are paid by card through our payment provider. You can change or cancel them at any time from your account.
Steps
- To upgrade, open the account menu and click Upgrade to Pro (or Upgrade to Business), or go to Account → Plan & Billing.
- Choose Monthly or Annually under Billing Period and complete the payment.
- To change the plan, the card or the billing details, or to get Invoices, click Manage billing.
- To cancel, click Cancel subscription in Plan & Billing, tell us in a few words what went wrong, and confirm with Cancel now.
- Your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for.
Good to know
- An upgrade applies at once; a smaller plan or period starts when the paid period ends.
- Paid annually, 2 months of the year are free.
- A scheduled change shows in Plan & Billing, with a button to keep your current plan.
