Getting started

My Projects: find, rename and delete decks

Your presentations and folders in one place: sort, rename, duplicate, move into folders and delete.

My Projects is the page of all your presentations. It opens after you sign in and is always one click away in the header.

Steps

  1. 1Open My Projects from the header or the account menu.
  2. 2Use Show (All or Recent) and Sort (Last edited, Name, Newest) to find a deck.
  3. 3Click the ⋯ on a card, or right-click it, to open its menu.
  4. 4Choose Rename, Duplicate, Move to… or Delete.
  5. 5Click New folder to make a folder, and drag decks onto it to file them.

Note: Delete shows a message with Undo for a few seconds. After that the presentation and its web link are gone for good; there is no trash.

Good to know

  • The count next to the title shows how many presentations your plan holds: 5 on Free, 100 on Pro and unlimited on Business.
  • Folders can be nested three levels deep.
  • Deleting a folder keeps its presentations: they move one level up.

FAQ

Why can I not duplicate a deck?

Your plan holds no more presentations. Delete one, or see Plans compared.
