Export to PowerPoint
Download a .pptx with editable text, native charts and tables, animations and speaker notes. Also for Google Slides, Canva and Figma.
The PowerPoint export gives you a standard .pptx file that current versions of PowerPoint open, with everything still editable.
Steps
- Open the presentation in the editor.
- Click Export in the top bar. Its main half downloads the format you used last.
- For another format, click the arrow (More export formats) and choose PowerPoint.
- Wait for PowerPoint file saved, then open the file from your downloads.
- For Google Slides, Canva or Figma, choose their entry: you get a .pptx to import there, for example in Google Slides with File → Import slides.
Good to know
- Text stays text, charts are native charts with Edit Data, tables stay tables.
- Animations and transitions become PowerPoint's own; speaker notes go into each slide's notes.
- Page numbers are PowerPoint's slide-number fields.
- You can export up to 200 files a day on Pro and 400 on Business.
