Business Presentations
Business presentations without the late night
Sales decks, quarterly reviews, strategy papers: ExpertSlides writes them from your notes and numbers, in a business presentation theme — or your own brand.

What makes a business presentation work
A business presentation exists to move a decision forward: approve a budget, sign a contract, change a plan, agree on next steps. Everything on the slides should serve that decision. The people in the room are busy, they read faster than you talk, and many of them will only ever see the deck as a file forwarded after the meeting.
That is why the best business decks look calm and read clearly. One message per slide, written as the headline. Evidence under it — a chart, a table, three facts. A consistent look that signals the company behind it. And a last slide that says what you are asking for.
Where the AI helps
Most of the time spent on a business deck goes into turning notes and spreadsheets into slides and into making those slides look like one deck. ExpertSlides does both from your material: it writes the slides from your notes, figures and documents, builds the charts from your data and lays everything out in a calm business theme — or in your own brand kit. You keep the judgement: what to recommend, what to leave out.
Business presentation templates for the work you do
Each kind of business deck has its own order of slides. Name it in the prompt and the AI follows that order, filled with your content.
Sales deck
The customer’s problem, your answer, proof and the next step — tailored to one account in minutes.
Quarterly business review
Results against plan as charts, what went well, what did not and what comes next.
Strategy and board decks
Options side by side, a recommendation and the decision you need.
Project updates
Status, timeline, risks and asks — the same structure every week.
Proposals and pitches to clients
Scope, approach, timeline, team and price, in the order a buyer checks them.
Onboarding and training
How the company works, the tools and the first weeks, from the documents you already have.
A sales deck, slide by slide
The sales deck is the business presentation most often made. A structure that works for most B2B sales:
How to create a business presentation with AI
The example is a quarterly business review; the steps are the same for any business deck.
Describe the meeting and the decision
Type who the deck is for and what it should achieve: “Q3 business review for the leadership team: results against plan, what drove them, and a decision on the Q4 marketing budget.”
The prompt names the audience and the decision. Attach the numbers and the notes
Upload the spreadsheet of results as CSV and your notes as a Word document or PDF. The charts are built from your figures; the commentary comes from your notes.
Figures and notes as the source of the deck. Set the audience to Business
In Settings, choose Business as the audience and how closely your text should be kept. Choose Keep text exactly where wording has been agreed, or a summary for long notes.
Audience and text handling in Slide Settings. Choose a business theme or your brand kit
Pick a calm business presentation theme from the designs, or your company’s brand kit on Pro and Business — the deck is then made in your colours, fonts and logo.
A brand kit stands first in the list. Rewrite the headlines as conclusions
Ask the AI: “write every headline as the conclusion of its slide”. Then check that the slides read as one argument from start to end, and that each chart proves its headline.
An action title over the chart that proves it. Share it with your team, then export
On Business share the deck with colleagues to edit together. When it is final, export it. Download an editable PowerPoint file on Pro and Business. Every plan exports PDF; on Free a PDF carries the ExpertSlides mark.
Sharing with the team before the meeting.
The management consulting slide deck, explained
What people call a McKinsey-style slide deck is mostly a way of writing. ExpertSlides writes that way when you ask it to.
Action titles
Each headline is the slide’s conclusion as a full sentence, not a topic label: “Churn fell 12% after the onboarding change”, not “Churn”.
One message per slide
Everything on the slide supports its headline; the rest moves to the next one.
Evidence below
Charts, tables and sources sit under the headline that they prove.
The answer first
The recommendation comes at the start, the reasons after it — the pyramid structure.
Horizontal logic
Read only the headlines and you have the executive summary.
Sources on the slide
Every figure says where it is from, so a reader can check it.

Business presentation themes
Calm, professional designs made for reading in a meeting room and on a laptop.
Built for teams that present every week
Your brand on every deck
Brand kits on Pro and Business keep colours, fonts and logos right without a design review, and hold the slides your company always uses.
Work together
On Business your team shares folders and edits decks together, live.
PowerPoint when you need it
On Pro and Business the deck downloads as a native PowerPoint file with editable text, charts and tables.
Current figures
On Pro and Business the AI can research the web while it writes — market sizes, competitors, recent news. Check every source before a figure goes to a client.
Tips for business presentations
- Start with the decision you need, not with the history of the project.
- Use the company’s brand kit so the deck needs no design review before it goes out.
- Put the executive summary on slide two; many readers stop there.
- Cut every slide that does not change what the room will decide.
- Use one chart type per kind of comparison — bars for categories, lines for time.
- Label every chart with its unit and period; round the figures to what matters.
- Keep an appendix for detail and questions you expect, not the main deck.
- Write the next step on the last slide with an owner and a date.
- Send the PDF after the meeting so the deck works without you in the room.
Questions, answered
Is there a business presentation PowerPoint template?
Every design exports to PowerPoint on Pro and Business. Pick a calm business theme, describe the deck and download the .pptx file.
Can it make a sales deck for a specific customer?
Yes. Name the customer, their industry and their problem in the prompt, or upload your notes from the call.
Can it write consulting-style slides?
Ask for action titles and one message per slide, and attach the data. The slides are written as conclusions with the evidence below.
Can the deck use our company’s template?
A brand kit on Pro and Business is read from your PowerPoint file, a PDF or your website and puts your colours, fonts and logo on every new deck.
Are our figures safe in the charts?
The charts are built from the data you give; a deck from a document keeps to what the document says. Check every figure before the meeting.
Can several of us work on one deck?
On Business a presentation is shared with teammates to view or to edit, and several people can edit it at the same time, seeing each other’s pointers.
Which business presentation theme should I choose?
For a board or a client, a calm light design with one accent colour. For a kick-off or an all-hands, something bolder. The colour style can be changed later without touching a slide.
