Working in the editor
Present your deck
Present full screen, use the presenter view with notes and timer, open an audience window or let the deck play by itself.
You present right from the editor, full screen, with your notes and a timer in the presenter view if you want them.
Steps
- Click Present in the top bar, or press ⌘Enter or F5.
- Go forward with the arrow keys, Space or Enter; back with the left arrow or Backspace. Escape ends the show.
- For your notes, the next slide and a timer, open Presenter view (⌘⇧Enter).
- In the presenter view, Audience window opens a second window for the screen your audience sees.
- Press L for the Laser pointer.
Good to know
- To let the deck play by itself, open Settings → General → Slideshow and turn on Auto-advance and, if you like, Loop.
- Hidden slides are skipped.
- Interactive elements work while you present.
- Home and End jump to the first and the last slide.
